Shipping policy
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If we expect any delay, we’ll let you know right away.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Local Pickup
If you’re local to the area, you can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times depend on the carrier. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
Weather, holidays and carrier delays can slow things down, and unfortunately we do not have control over that.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days with photos of the packaging and the items.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. We’ll do what we can to help, but we cannot replace orders that were scanned as delivered.
